Lenny Klein served as executive chef for the New York Times Publishing Company, Family Circle Magazine, and the Phillip Morris Company.  He served as the Food Consultant and taught cooking at Abraham and Straus for more than 9 years.  He was trained by chef Annemarie Huste (former chef to Jacqueline Kennedy).
